Thermocouple Digital Temperature Calibrator/Indicator

Doric's Model 473 Digital Temperature Calibrator/Indicator uses custom VLSI ICs in a patented circuit design to deliver exceptional accuracy, high reliability, and long battery life in a truly portable, handheld instrument. So you can use it in the field, on the bench, or in the laboratory with the assurance of fast readings and economical operation.

Large touch-type switches and precision adjustment control let you access multiple functions quickly, and because you can both simulate thermocouples and measure corresponding transmitter output with one instrument, calibration is faster.

Model 473 operates as a handheld indicator for measuring or monitoring 4-20mA signals. Adjustments need to be made only once, then calibrations can be made by simply toggling between the Output Hi/Lo and mA input functions with front panel switches.

Included are a vinyl carrying case, Operator's Manual, battery, and connection set with clips and accessories.

Model 473 provides an adjustable K, J, and T thermocouple simulator and a straight millivolt source for calibrating transmitters, recorders, data loggers, and other field or lab equipment that accepts thermocouple or millivolt input.

Rugged package design and complete fuse protection ensure reliable use, year in and year out. We back our digital temperature calibrator/indicators with a one year warranty and an international service network.
